CF Courage Dolls
made by mothers of children with cystic fibrosis

For nine months nine CF moms shared in the creation of courage dolls. Each month one part of the doll was created and then passed on to another mom to create the next. Each month a chapter of the courage doll story was also written. At the end of the 9 months we had a party. Each of our dolls were wrapped as presents. When they were revealed and their stories were read we rejoiced in the messages and feeling of support from each other. It was a fun and wonderful project that brought a community together while adding a new level of friendship and caring.
